Allround Technician

• You will learn the skills of a technician in a 1.5 to 2-year program, guided by experienced colleagues. This training prepares you to work as an Allround Maintenance Technician in a 4-shift system. 
• Your job will be to fix breakdowns and carry out maintenance on machines, equipment, and buildings. 
• You’ll work with different technical parts, like electricity, controls, mechanics, hydraulics, and air systems.
• You will learn to make decisions on your own and quickly solve problems when something breaks. Together with your team, under the guidance of the Supervisor or Team Leader, you’ll ensure everything keeps running smoothly.
• You'll also help improve the machines and processes to make them work even better.

Our client is a leading dairy company with a team of around 100 employees. Since 2009, the factory has been part of the DeltaMilk dairy cooperative, which receives milk from 190 dedicated farmers. With a production capacity of about 45,000 tons of Dutch cheese per year, this factory is one of the most advanced in Europe. On top of that, their cheese is recognized as one of the best in the Netherlands.

• You have a technical background and an interest in technology and mechanics.

• You speak Dutch or English at a B1 level.
• Knowledge of / experience with PLC technology (Siemens S7) is a plus.
